Barrister Sampson Georgette, Esq., had His Master of Law Degree in University of Ghana – Legon, Temple School of Law, PA., he Had Conducted Several Financial Seminars In Collaboration With Databank Financial Services Limited, an Investment Brokerage Firm on Stock Exchange Listing, Venture Capital, And Finance Leasing and Portfolio
Management. Also Served as Co-Legal Counsel when the first Government Of Ghana-Owned Bank, Social Security Bank, Security Companies was Privatized and its Shares listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange.

He was appointed by ministry of Justice in Ghana as Human Right Activist Lawyer, Adviser and Representative for Foreign Trade on Legal Matters. His recently appointment by Unido Ghana to advise on the implications of Gatt for Developing Economies in the West Africa Sub-Region.  Provides Counseling on avoiding Litigation & Orientation
for Foreign Investors.

 

JAMES KOJO TSIN (PARTNER)

In his entire legal practice he has advised international and domestic companies, ranging from financial institutions, to state and parastatal institutions on complex transactions and tasks. These have included advising State owned banks listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange and a host of clients on syndicated financial packages, commercial agreements, regulatory and compliance issues.

James’s current practice focuses mainly on corporate/commercial and asset management. He has been advising a range of clients, both domestic and international, from big multi-nationals to smaller start-up businesses on a wide range of transactions. He focuses also on dispute resolution with emphasis on litigation and arbitration.

He continues to represent international aid agencies, multinational and national companies, financial institutions including leading banks in several high profile litigation in the trial and appellate courts in Ghana in areas including corporate governance, company law, employment, real estate and other commercial contracts.

He has represented an international financial institution in respect of its immunity from the judicial processes of the courts of Ghana. He is currently engaged in litigation before the courts of Ghana concerning the immunity of a state and its military asset within Ghana.

He studied law at the University of Ghana from 1987 to 1990. He obtained his professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law in 1993. He was appointed a Notary Public for the Republic of Ghana in 1994. He is a member of the Rules of Court Committee, a body set up under the Constitution of Ghana to make rules and regulations for regulation the practice and procedure of all courts in Ghana and specified tribunals and bodies.

 

AHIABA WILFRED KWAME (PARTNER)

Ahiaba Wilfred Kwame has previous work experience with Diageo – Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited and has provided client service to Unilever, and Nestlé. Ahiaba currently advises and provides services to many corporate and individual clients on debt recovery, litigation, general commercial matters, real estate, trade and finance sectors.

He is a former Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Legon and has also served as Chairman or Member of Ghana Government appointed Commissions / Committees of Inquiry.

Ahiaba has been to a number of prestigious institutions, his latest being the Said Business School of Oxford University. He is currently Co-Chair for the Ghanaian Hungarian Business Council, and a director of the African Economic Development Center of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also Principal Consultant for Baume, Barry and Geller, an international business advisory and facilitation consulting organization.

 

MARTHA APPIAH (PARTNER)

Martha Appiah has 7 years experience as a practicing lawyer after being called to the Ghana Bar in October 2011. Martha focuses her practice on Land, Family and Debt Recovery matters while also providing broad support to the entire legal team.

Martha has worked at the Environmental Protection Agency of Ghana where she gained a wealth of knowledge on the environmental laws of the country. She also worked with the Social Security and Insurance Trust (SSNIT) for a short period where she was responsible for reviewing, renewing and drafting all contracts and agreements entered into by the organization.

Martha graduated with a BA in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana in 2005 and later pursued a degree in law from the same university. In 2011 she completed her professional law programme at the Ghana School of Law after which she was called to the Ghana Bar.

Martha is a member of the Parish Youth Council of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church and is also a member of the Development Committee of the Knights and Ladies of St. Johns. Aside being heavily involved in church activities, Martha is a good listener that enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies and cooking.

 

MIRACLE ATTACHEY (PARTNER)

Miracle Attachey has 4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer having been called to the bar in October 2014.

Miracle is an extremely hard working and versatile litigator the firm. Miracle has predominantly been involved in the firm’s litigation matters related to land and real estate. Not withstanding, Miracle has also had experience in Employment, Family matters and has also been involved in commercial litigation representing some of the firm’s corporate clients.

Miracle is a product of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he graduated with a Second Class Upper Division after which he proceeded to the Ghana School of Law to complete the professional programme in law.

In his time with the firm, Miracle has shown a willingness to improve further and is constantly working on honing his advocacy and communication skills and has in the past couple of years participated in various workshops and seminars in advocacy and arbitration.

Miracle is a die-hard Manchester United Fan and enjoys spending his spare time watching football particularly the English Premiership and La Liga. His dream is to watch Manchester United live at the Old Trafford Stadium with the former greats such as Ryan Giggs and David Beckham on the pitch.

 

NAA ADJELEY DSANE (PARTNER)

Naa Adjeley Dsane has over 4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer after being called to the Ghana Bar in October 2014.

Naa is a delight to work with and is passionate about the work she does in Litigation particularly in matters related to Family and Land Law. She gives all her Clients unparalleled attention and prides herself in the strong relationships formed with all her Clients.

To further develop her skills, Naa has attended various seminars and training sessions including training in advocacy and arbitration where she was involved in various practical exercises, which have contributed to the great strides she has made in her practice.

Naa worked within a Business Services Firm and a Financial Institution where she was responsible for various aspects of business development.

Naa obtained a degree in Geography and Psychology prior to obtaining her degree in Law. In 2014 Naa was called to the Ghana Bar having successfully completed two years at the Ghana School of Law.

Outside of work Naa enjoys baking and on occasions members of the firm are fortunate to enjoy tasty treats baked by her.
